The Rose City Pride Bands presents “An American Question: Who Gets to Be Heard?”, a joint wind band concert featuring the Rose City Symphonic Band and the Rose City Wind Symphony. This concert explores America as a living question rather than a fixed identity. Through voices both celebrated and marginalized, the music asks who has been heard, who has been silenced, and how sound itself becomes an act of belonging.
